As a Licensed Professional Counselor, Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (SEP), and a Developmental and Relational Trauma Therapist (DARTT), I offer a holistic and non-pathologizing approach to therapy. I view symptoms not as problems to eliminate, but as meaningful signals—often rooted in past experiences—that can be understood and gently transformed. Supporting those grappling with mental health challenges and traumatic experiences. I am passionate about creating a space where clients feel heard, valued, and respected. Utilizing evidence-based practices, I work collaboratively with clients to develop coping strategies and life skills that promote lasting change.
